• Project Exploration

    This part of the process is where we will have discovery calls to understand what exactly it is that you want or need for your business.

    All of our initial consultation and exploration calls are completely free of charge!

  • Project Planning

    We will then take the shared ideas and information and begin to structure a proposal for you.

    This proposal will outline project requirements, timeline and expected costs.

    All the information you will need to make your decision to progress!

    We do this at no extra cost or obligation to you!

  • Project Development

    After an agreement has been reached, we will then begin to develop your project. At this stage we request a 25% deposit for the works to be secured.

    The development will follow the previously outlined workflow and we will agree a timeline for updates when it best suits you!

  • Post Project Support

    Once your project has been delivered to the outlined specification, we then enter the 2 month support phase.

    During this time you will receive support from us regarding bug fixes and any small changes to the file that may be needed!

    This is all delivered as part of your package at no extra cost!

    To Note: Any major changes or additions to the file will require new exploration calls and a new project agreement.

  • Timelines vary based on the complexity of the project, but we will provide a clear schedule during the Project Proposal phase so that you understand your specific project’s timeline. During development, we will also agree regular update intervals so you are always kept up to date with the progress of the project, any risks and mitigations, and estimated completion date.

  • We help all kinds of businesses with all kinds of solutions. Bespoke Solutions can tackle a wide range of business challenges, from automating repetitive tasks to new custom systems offering ‘Software Equivalent’ functionality.

    We would be happy to explore any ideas you have or answer any questions, if you would like to book a call using the scheduler above to see if a Bespoke Solution would be right for you

  • When we develop a project, you will only be charged for the time it takes to develop and implement the solution. There are no extra fees after the project is completed, unless you opt for a Support Service or you are on a Monthly Retainer package with us.

    Any fees will all be discussed during the Project Proposal phase and we will remain fully transparent and will not start development unless you approve the entire proposal!

  • Absolutely! All our Bespoke Solutions are built with a solid foundation to make changes and improvements later easy to implement.

    If there are just teething issues that need sorting out, then we have a 2 month free support period included in all projects so you can have peace of mind that the system will be implemented smoothly and all issues ironed out in those first couple months.

    If you would like changes, or additional features, we can do this on an ad-hoc basis and will be treated as a new project with a proposal and project outline to make sure we are aligned with what needs to be done.

    If you are on a Retainer Package, then this is included in your service.
